Information regarding refund of registrations fees for 10MILA in Upplands Bro May 2020.
As previously informed, the Swedish Orienteering federation decided to allow the organizers of 10MILA in Upplands Bro in May 2020 to keep 5% of the registration fees of the Tiomila Relay and the Womens Relay, to cover incurred cost. All fees associated to prepaid booked services, such as accommodation etc will be fully refunded, as well as the fees for the Youth Relay.
Now the refund of the registration fees will start. Your club will get an e-mail to the email address from which you did the registration, with instructions and a template to fill out the bank details that should be sent back. The payment will then be done within a week from that the template is received back.
