10Mila results archive is back online!
It has taken a while, but the Tiomila results archive is now online again. Under the Results tab in the menu, you can now access all results from 1995 onwards and get an overview of both your personal results and your club’s results.
From 2013 onwards, the results have been retrieved from Eventor. In Eventor, each runner has an Eventor ID that keeps track of every person and handles club changes, name changes, etc., ensuring that everything remains correct even when updates occur. Before 2013, this ID did not exist, and the results were originally not linked to any specific person. Wherever possible, results from before 2013 have been matched with the correct person as long as they ran for the same club, but if someone changed club or name, that link could not be made.
To allow users to get a complete overview of their results, a feature has been created that lets you connect historical results to yourself. If you see a crossed‑out link in the results list, it means that the result is not linked to any person. In the example below, neither Peter Nilsson’s nor Mattias Karlsson’s results from Tiomila 1997 are linked to the correct person.

If you click on a name that has a crossed‑out link next to it, you will be given the option to connect that name to the correct person. If you haven’t run Tiomila after 2013, there is also an option to create a new person and link the result to them.

At the same time, work is underway to digitise older results, and the long‑term ambition is for the results archive to be complete. Digitising older results is time‑consuming, and to speed up the process we will be asking for help. More information will follow!
