Registration via Eventor

Registration of teams and ancillary services takes place via Eventor and opens on December 15, 2022. The regular registration deadline is March 22, 2023, at 23.59. After that, late registration at increased fees applies.

Please note that the registration is registered only after all fees have been received by the organiser. Late payment or non-payment means that the registration is treated as a late registration. Furthermore, for tent/seating/accommodation bookings, we prioritise the places as payment is received.

Late registration

Entries and payments made between March 22 and April 19 are subject to a 50% surcharge. Registrations and payments made between April 19 and May 3 are subject to a 100% surcharge. Any later registration is subject to availability.

The sender pays any bank charges.
State the name of the association when paying.
Please note that team envelopes will not be received until full payment has been made. If the payment has been made during the week before the competition, a receipt for the payment must be shown when the team envelope is collected.
